Matt McDaris came and worked on my air conditioner during the heat of summer. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He quickly figured out the problem and had the parts ordered before leaving my home. My air conditioner was covered by warranty and he filled out all the paperwork associated with the warranty request. The other fees were very reasonable! I had to send this letter to let you know how impressed I was with the a/c service I received yesterday from your company. I was a bit nervous as I had never done business with your company before and had no idea about your technicians or service. McDaris was dispatched through my home warranty company. Well, I was beyond impressed from start to finish. Very shortly after turning in my request for service I heard back from you to schedule an appointment- just a matter of a couple of hours when indeed I was told by warranty company it could take up to 24 hours to hear back. Then you accommodated me by calling me prior to getting to the house so I could keep working rather than waiting at home for hours. Your technician, Chuck is his name I believe, was wonderful. Absolutely professional and friendly. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in short order! I was delighted. If I have ever have need for AC work, or I get asked if I know anybody, I will most definitely refer your company.

My husband and I have used McDaris AC for several years now and there is no other company that can compare to their experience and honesty. There are many times they have repaired my 50 year old compressor and it is still kicking . I know some other companies would have conned me into replacing it and I would not have known the difference. They always show up on time and they fit you into their schedule very quickly.. Their prices are very reasonable also. I would give them the highest recommendation possible.

I cannot recommend McDaris AC highly enough! Chuck is the only AC service provider we have met over the years who is not only a technical expert, but who brings passion and integrity to his work. I have been paying for a Home Warranty subscription for the past 10 years, but over the past few AC seasons when I called in an AC problem under the Warranty service, the selected service providers have not effectively fixed the problem, focusing more on pushing us to replace both units. Each time, I have had to subsequently call McDaris, with Chuck telling me the truth about the problem and then effectively fixing it.
